Property Service Trip Charge

Flat-rate charge per property covering scheduling, mobilization, travel to the property, and coordination of pickup/return. Screen repair/replacement is billed separately at the applicable per-screen rate.

Need Screen Medic to handle the screens from start to finish? We will coordinate with the homeowner to remove and reinstall the screens for an additional charge.

Service Note: The $150 Property Service Trip Charge applies to every property, regardless of the number of screens. Screen repair or replacement is billed separately at $50 per screen. On-site removal and reinstallation, if requested, is an additional charge.
